Next stop: Plateau
Seems like our relationship has just hit a plateau. I don't know if I should elaborate on further since there is no right or wrong in a relationship. I could neither say that he's at fault nor I'm entirely right. But one thing for sure - something has gone seriously wrong. I think that it's challenging to find out what that 'something' is because it just invaded into our relationship without a trace. And possibly, there could be nothing.

I've been trying hard to communicate with him. I asked. I listened. But it didn't seem to work out. Maybe, he's just bad at expressing his thoughts. Or maybe, it's really hard for him to express difficult feelings. On the other hand, maybe I'm just being possessive. However, is meeting up twice a week too much? I seriously doubt so as we used to meet up everyday. If twice a week is too much, how are we going to spend the rest of our lives seeing each other every single day?

To be honest, I feel that you take me for granted. I really feel like giving up. I feel like getting out of your life so that you will appreciate me more. I know that you've been really good to me. But I still feel that something is missing. These fragmented thoughts just make me feel really annoyed. Whatever.

Getting trapped in the toilet with a ___________ is no joke!

You might have guessed that word right - 'Cockroach'. And I shall add more description to it - A big and flying monster (I don't want to use the word repeatedly cos' it just makes my hair stand). Ya, that's indeed one of my biggest fear (not that I'm a scaredy cat) but I'm really afraid of insects in general. Here comes the story of my close encounter with my No. 1 fear...

As I closed the bathroom door, I saw the huge monster just beside the door handle where my hand was. I totally freaked out and ran to the furthest corner as fast as I could without agitating it. I stood there still at the corner and, uh huh, it's not moving! So, I anticipated its moves and strategized my escape plan (it would have been so much easier if it's on the floor, damn!). Firstly, I glanced around the toilet and searched for useful tools.

  1. The water hose - To my knowledge, most insects are scared of water. However, thinking that the monster would most probably be flying around the toilet made me sure to drop the idea.
  2. The towel - I thought that I could throw at it and let it trapped in the towel instead. But I didn't dare to challenge insects' instinct (it would, again, most probably fly away before the towel reaches it).
  3. My last resort - To pray. Seriously, I regretted that I didn't make that as No. 1 of my list because it actually worked! I prayed that the monster must get out of the toilet at any means as long as it doesn't come near me. Within a few seconds, it started crawling its way down to the bottom of the door and retreated its way out of the toilet through the tiny gap under the door. I couldn't believe my eyes.

Well, if you're not afraid of monsters, you may find this post utterly foolish. But at least I've found someone who totally understands how I felt - my sister.

I'm back!
Can't believe that it's been 4 years since my last post! Laughing hard reading the posts that I'd written last time. And I'm quite glad that I've actually fulfilled part of the wish list (on the left) such as getting a driving license and getting into a local U. I guess those who used to read my blog had long gone. Not gonna tell anyone that I'm back blogging though. Since I'm here to pen down my thoughts freely without feeling shy or embarrassed.

School has just started not long ago. Everything is back to normal and, yeah, 3-day week! I've not been doing anything for the past 2 free-days though except for the readings that are compulsory (well, not exactly compulsory but recommended). And I really have to work hard for this semester to improve my GPA! And I'm really determined to do so! Lesson starts at 2:30pm every thursday, so I doubt I will be sleeping early today and I'm still waiting for my bf to call me. He has been heading to outfield lately. Poor him, he must be exhausted! Well, army has changed him dramatically. He's become more responsible and, of course, fitter now! He used to be really fair as he's half taiwanese and 'a bit' chubby! (oops, I think he's going to kill me for saying that). Nah, he's been really good to me and no guy treats me that well before besides my family.

Well, still not used to blogging. Seems like I'm literally talking to myself! ><

Movies!
Woot! I've watched 2 movies this week! It's been a really long time since I last stepped into the theatre. Hah! I can't even remember what was the last movie I watched before these 2 movies. Anyway, I watched Red Cliff on Thursday with my classmates, Jiamin, Yuxin and Winnie! I think this movie is really cool cause' like this kinda 'war show' especially in the ancient time as I'll never get a chance to experience it. Imagine that I would able to ride a white horse and kill thousands of army! Wooot. I really admire those heroines like Sun Shang Xiang! After watching Red Cliff, I have the urge to dig my PS2 out and play Dyansty Warrior again. I remember when I was Secondary 3, my sister and I used to play that almost everyday. Well, I still think that WoW is better =P

I watched The Dark Knight last night from 11pm to 2am! I didn't know that the movie is soooo long! I was so tired that I dosed off in my sister's car on our way home. But it's a pity that Heath Ledger who acted as the Joker has died. I can see that he really put in a lot of effort to play his role like his laughter and the way he speaks.

Thumbs up for the 2 movies!

Red Cliff Part I - ♥♥♥ (I think Red Cliff Part II will be better!)

Rollerbag!
Woot! Finally got my roller bag after for soooo long! Thanks Perry and his mom for bringing me to the pro shop to get the brunswick bag at the lowest rate. And thanks for that bowl of prawn mee soup. It's really delicious! Heh!

Yesterday I went for the SMU Doubles Competition. Yups it was awesome. I saw many pro players and I bowled with them! This is my first bowling competition and it's quite a nice exposure for me. I did not bowl well and I need to find the line that suits me! I kept shifting my line yesterday. Sometimes my ball hooked to Pin 7 while sometimes it went straight. I think there's something wrong with my hand. It's like soooo inconsistant! And omg, this coming Wed will be my last roll-off and im at the 11th position while top 10 bowlers get into the team. I can't afford to make any mistake! Not even one.

That's all for today!

Hehe! I'm loving it!

Highest Score!
Woohoo! I'm so excited that I got high game today during the 2nd bowling roll-off! My highest score was 179 and it's 225 now! Yeah! It's so unbelievable that Kathleen could bowl that high right! Miraculously, I DID IT! I was so happy that I could even get a turkey. And I can't believe that I got 6 strikes consecutively. Lady luck, uh! Weeeeh!

It's really FUN bowling with the 2 cousins, Qing Ling and Cheryl! Very enthu and supportive! Woohooo!

Eileen's Wedding!
Yesterday was my cousin's wedding! She looked gorgeous! And I really love her wedding dresses. They are custom-made and they looked great on her. It was really fun cos' it's been quite a long time since all of us gathered together. We watched videos on how the 'sisters' tricked the groom and his 'brothers' while they tried to get into Eileen's room. They spreaded Wasabi, Chilli Padi and Chilli sauce on the bread and asked them to eat it. It was freaking spicy and all of their faces turned as red as tomato. Haha! Next, the sisters grinded Bittergourds with eggs for the guys to drink. Yikes! Lastly, the groom was forced to retrieve coins that placed in the container full of... WORMS! Haha! You will never know what girls are capable of! Haha! These are the photos that we took yesterday!
